A detective with trauma induced amnesia finds himself the prime suspect in his partner’s murder, and must team up with a convict who alleges she’s the recipient of the deceased officer’s heart in order to clear his name.
Hate festers between DI Clover and his partner, Brigg, so when Brigg turns up dead by drowning, suspicion falls squarely on him. Initially dismissing Gwen’s outlandish claim, Clover finds himself drawn to her unwavering belief – a stark contrast to the growing isolation he faces.
